CLAUSE 1 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND LEGAL APPLICABILITY
- BY MAKING ANY PAYMENT, BOOKING, OR USING ANY SERVICE OF “THE TREKKERS TRAIL,” THE CLIENT FULLY ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED HEREIN.
- THE TERMS PUBLISHED ON WWW.THETREKKERSTRAIL.COM ARE THE ONLY VALID AND LEGALLY BINDING TERMS.
WHATSAPP CHATS, CALLS, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES, OR VERBAL STATEMENTS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AGREEMENT, PROMISE, OR COMMITMENT. - FAILURE TO READ THESE TERMS DOES NOT EXEMPT THE CLIENT FROM LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY.
- THE COMPANY MAY MODIFY OR UPDATE THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
CLAUSE 2 — BOOKING WINDOW, PAYMENT STRUCTURE, AND PRICE POLICY
2.1 BOOKING DEADLINE
- ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
- AFTER THIS DEADLINE, BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
2.2 BOOKING CONFIRMATION
- A BOOKING IS CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER:
- THE CLIENT PAYS THE 25% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING AMOUNT
- THE COMPANY SENDS A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM “NOREPLY@THETREKKERSTRAIL.COM”
- NO OTHER CONFIRMATION METHOD IS VALID.
2.3 PAYMENT STRUCTURE
- 25% BOOKING AMOUNT IS MANDATORY AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- THE REMAINING 75% PAYMENT AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE COMPANY AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.
- IT IS THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELER TO ENSURE THAT THE BALANCE PAYMENT IS CLEARED AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED ON TIME. THE COMPANY TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING REPEATED REMINDERS, FOLLOW-UP CALLS, MESSAGES, OR NOTIFICATIONS FOR PENDING PAYMENT OR MISSING DOCUMENTS.
- IF THE REMAINING PAYMENT IS NOT CLEARED OR THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUBMITTED BEFORE THE DEADLINE, THE BOOKING WILL BE TREATED AS CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE.
IN SUCH CASES:
- THE ADVANCE AMOUNT PAID SHALL REMAIN NON-REFUNDABLE
- THE SEAT SHALL BE RELEASED TO ANOTHER TRAVELER
- THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY SHALL APPLY
- NO REFUND, REBOOKING, DATE CHANGE, EXTENSION, OR COMPENSATION SHALL BE GIVEN.
2.4 PRICE VALIDITY
- TRIP PRICES MAY CHANGE DURING PEAK SEASON OR HIGH DEMAND WITHOUT NOTICE.
- CLIENT MUST CONFIRM THE CURRENT PRICE BEFORE BOOKING.
2.5 PRICE REVISION AND ADDITIONAL COST LIABILITY
- ALL PACKAGE PRICES ARE BASED ON PREVAILING MARKET RATES INCLUDING FUEL COSTS, HOTEL TARIFFS, TRANSPORTATION CHARGES, GOVERNMENT TAXES, PERMITS, AND OPERATIONAL EXPENSES AT THE TIME OF QUOTATION OR BOOKING.
- IN CASE OF ANY INCREASE IN THESE COSTS DUE TO FACTORS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FUEL PRICE HIKE, HOTEL RATE REVISION, GOVERNMENT REGULATION CHANGES, WAR, POLITICAL SITUATIONS, NATURAL CALAMITIES, ROAD CONDITIONS, SUPPLIER COST CHANGES, OPERATIONAL ADJUSTMENTS, OR ANY OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, THE PACKAGE COST WILL BE REVISED ACCORDINGLY.
- THIS ALSO INCLUDES ANY SUDDEN OR ACCIDENTAL INCREASE IN COST BEFORE TRIP START OR DURING THE TRIP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LAST-MINUTE HOTEL PRICE SURGE, TRANSPORT RATE CHANGE, ROUTE CHANGE DUE TO SAFETY, EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, OR ANY IMMEDIATE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT.
- THE REVISED AMOUNT SHALL BE MANDATORY AND FULLY PAYABLE BY THE TRAVELER AS INSTRUCTED BY THE COMPANY. PAYMENT MAY BE REQUIRED BEFORE DEPARTURE OR DURING THE TRIP DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION.
- THE COMPANY WILL INFORM THE TRAVELER THROUGH OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS REGARDING ANY SUCH COST REVISION. DELAY OR IGNORING SUCH COMMUNICATION WILL BE TREATED AS NON-COMPLIANCE.
- NO NEGOTIATION, DISPUTE, OR ADJUSTMENT WILL BE ENTERTAINED FOR SUCH COST INCREASES AS THESE ARE CAUSED BY EXTERNAL AND UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS.
- FAILURE, REFUSAL, OR DELAY IN PAYING THE REVISED AMOUNT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY REFUND. IN SUCH CASES, THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY APPLICABLE.
- IF SUCH COST INCREASE OCCURS DURING THE TRIP AND THE TRAVELER REFUSES TO PAY, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE FULL RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE ALL SERVICES INCLUDING HOTEL STAY, TRANSPORT, AND ON-GROUND SUPPORT WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY.
- ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES ARISING DUE TO SUCH REFUSAL, INCLUDING EXTENDED STAY, ALTERNATE TRAVEL, EMERGENCY ARRANGEMENTS, OR ANY LOSS, SHALL BE FULLY BORNE BY THE TRAVELER.
CLAUSE 3 — CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND NON-REFUND RULES
3.1 CANCELLATION AFTER FULL PAYMENT
- IF FULL PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, REFUNDS APPLY AS FOLLOWS:
- MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE — 90% REFUND
- 21 TO 29 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE — 75% REFUND
- 15 TO 19 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE — 50% REFUND
- 14 DAYS OR LESS — NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
3.2 CANCELLATION BEFORE FULL PAYMENT
- IF FULL PAYMENT WAS NOT COMPLETED, ALL PAID AMOUNTS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
3.3 NO REFUND CONDITIONS
- NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR:
- PERSONAL REASONS
- MEDICAL ISSUES
- OFFICE/WORK ISSUES
- TRAVEL DELAYS
- ROADBLOCKS
- WEATHER CONDITIONS
- PERMIT DENIAL
- FORCE MAJEURE
- FAILURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME
- MISBEHAVIOR OR RULE VIOLATION
- FAILURE TO MEET FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
3.4 FORCE MAJEURE
- IN CASE OF NATURAL EVENTS, WEATHER, DISASTER, GOVERNMENT ORDERS, OR ANY UNCONTROLLABLE EVENT:
- NO CASH REFUND
- A VOUCHER OR DATE CHANGE MAY BE PROVIDED ONLY IF FEASIBLE
3.5 ZERO EXCEPTION POLICY
- NO EXCEPTIONS, NEGOTIATIONS, OR SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
CLAUSE 4 — OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION POLICY (EMAIL ONLY)
- ALL OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH:
INFO@THETREKKERSTRAIL.COM - WHATSAPP, CALLS, OR SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES ARE NOT CONSIDERED VALID.
- ALL EMAILS MUST BE SENT FROM THE CLIENT’S ORIGINAL REGISTERED EMAIL ID ONLY.
CLAUSE 5 — NON-TRANSFERABILITY AND IDENTITY RESTRICTIONS
- ALL BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE.
THE CLIENT’S NAME, BOOKING, SLOT, OR DETAILS CANNOT BE CHANGED, REPLACED, OR SHIFTED TO ANOTHER PERSON OR ANOTHER BATCH. - ANY ATTEMPT TO TRANSFER BOOKING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND.
CLAUSE 6 — RESCHEDULING AND MODIFICATION POLICY
- ONLY ONE RESCHEDULING REQUEST IS ALLOWED
- REQUEST MUST BE MADE MORE THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
- A 25% RESCHEDULING FEE APPLIES
- RESCHEDULING WITHIN 10 DAYS IS NOT ALLOWED
- IF THE COMPANY RESCHEDULES A TRIP:
- A 12-MONTH NON-TRANSFERABLE VOUCHER WILL BE PROVIDED
- NO CASH REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
CLAUSE 7 — GROUP SIZE AND OPERATIONAL POLICY
- TO MAINTAIN PREMIUM EXPERIENCE:
- TREKS ARE LIMITED TO 6–10 TREKKERS
- BACKPACKING TRIPS ARE LIMITED TO 6–12 TRAVELERS
- IF THE MINIMUM REQUIRED NUMBER OF TRAVELERS IS NOT REACHED FOR ANY PARTICULAR DEPARTURE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, MERGE, COMBINE, OR RESCHEDULE THAT BATCH.
- IN SUCH CASES, THE TRAVELER SHALL BE GIVEN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
- FREE TRANSFER TO ANOTHER AVAILABLE BATCH
- FREE RESCHEDULING TO ANOTHER DEPARTURE OF THE SAME TRIP
- FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID
- ANY APPROVED REFUND SHALL BE PROCESSED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL BANK ACCOUNT, CARD, UPI ID, OR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED DURING BOOKING WITHIN 07 WORKING DAYS.
- NO CASH REFUND, THIRD-PARTY TRANSFER, OR ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD SHALL BE ALLOWED.
- THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FLIGHT, TRAIN, HOTEL, TAXI, LEAVE, OR OTHER PERSONAL EXPENSES BOOKED SEPARATELY BY THE TRAVELER.
CLAUSE 8 — PARTICIPANT CONDUCT, SAFETY, AND REMOVAL POLICY
ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, DISCIPLINED, AND COOPERATIVE BEHAVIOR THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TRIP.
STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE TOUR MANAGER, TREK LEADER, GUIDE, DRIVER, LOCAL COORDINATOR, AND COMPANY TEAM IS MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES FOR SAFETY, GROUP DISCIPLINE, AND SMOOTH OPERATION OF THE TRIP.
CONSUMPTION, POSSESSION, PURCHASE, OR USE OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, CIGARETTES, DRUGS, NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES, OR ANY OTHER INTOXICATING MATERIAL DURING THE TRIP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE SHALL RESULT IN:
- IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE TRIP
- NO REFUND OF ANY KIND
- TERMINATION OF ALL SERVICES
- PERMANENT BLACKLISTING FROM ALL FUTURE SERVICES OF THE COMPANY
ANY FORM OF MISBEHAVIOR SHALL BE TREATED AS A SERIOUS VIOLATION OF COMPANY POLICY. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
- VERBAL ABUSE
- THREATENING LANGUAGE
- SHOUTING OR CONTINUOUS ARGUMENTS
- AGGRESSIVE OR VIOLENT BEHAVIOR
- HARASSMENT OF STAFF OR CO-TRAVELERS
- DISRESPECT TOWARD LOCAL PEOPLE, AUTHORITIES, HOTEL STAFF, DRIVERS, OR GUIDES
- CREATING DISTURBANCE OR GROUP DISRUPTION
- REFUSAL TO FOLLOW SAFETY OR OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
COMPLAINTS, ISSUES, OR CONCERNS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLY IN A CALM, PROPER, AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER THROUGH THE ASSIGNED TOUR MANAGER OR THE OFFICIAL COMPANY COMMUNICATION CHANNEL.
REPEATED, UNREASONABLE, AGGRESSIVE, OR DISRUPTIVE COMPLAINTS WHICH NEGATIVELY AFFECT GROUP EXPERIENCE, TRIP OPERATIONS, OR TEAM FUNCTIONING SHALL BE TREATED AS MISCONDUCT.
TRAVELERS MAKING UNREALISTIC DEMANDS BEYOND THE CONFIRMED ITINERARY, PACKAGE INCLUSIONS, WEATHER LIMITATIONS, SAFETY RULES, VEHICLE CAPACITY, HOTEL POLICY, OR OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS, AND CONTINUOUSLY CREATING DISTURBANCE OR PRESSURE ON THE COMPANY TEAM, SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN VIOLATION OF THE COMPANY DISCIPLINE POLICY.
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE ABSOLUTE AND FINAL RIGHT TO SUSPEND, REMOVE, OR TERMINATE THE PARTICIPATION OF ANY TRAVELER AT ANY TIME WITHOUT REFUND IF THEIR BEHAVIOR IS FOUND TO BE DISRUPTIVE, UNSAFE, ABUSIVE, THREATENING, INTOXICATED, OR NON-COMPLIANT WITH COMPANY RULES.
THE DECISION OF THE TOUR MANAGER, TREK LEADER, OR COMPANY MANAGEMENT SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DISCUSSION OR APPEAL.
SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL FROM THE TRIP SHALL INCLUDE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ALL SERVICES INCLUDING:
- ACCOMMODATION
- TRANSPORT
- MEALS
- GUIDE OR TREK SUPPORT
- PERMITS
- COMPANY ASSISTANCE
- FURTHER PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIP
THE REMOVED TRAVELER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO ARRANGE THEIR OWN RETURN TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, FOOD, TRANSPORT, AND ALL OTHER PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN COST AND RISK. THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR OPERATIONAL LIABILITY IN SUCH CASES.
CLAUSE 9 — IDENTIFICATION, DOCUMENTATION, AND PERMIT RULES
- VALID GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID IS MANDATORY
- FAILURE TO PROVIDE ID RESULTS IN DENIED PARTICIPATION WITHOUT REFUND
- ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE DEADLINE
- PERMIT APPROVAL IS SOLELY UNDER GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES
- THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR PERMIT DENIAL OR DELAY
CLAUSE 10 — INSURANCE, MEDICAL DISCLOSURE, AND HEALTH RESPONSIBILITY
- TRAVEL & MEDICAL INSURANCE IS MANDATORY
- ALL MEDICAL CONDITIONS MUST BE DISCLOSED AT BOOKING
- FAILURE TO DISCLOSE HEALTH INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND
- ALL MEDICAL, HOSPITAL, OR EVACUATION COSTS ARE THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY
- PARTICIPATION IN ANY TREK/TRIP IS AT THE CLIENT’S OWN RISK
- THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR AMS, FATIGUE, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, OR ALTITUDE-RELATED ILLNESS
CLAUSE 11 — MINOR PARTICIPATION AND GUARDIAN LIABILITY
- PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN
- GUARDIAN IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MINOR’S SAFETY, BEHAVIOR, HEALTH, AND CONDUCT
- NO SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION OR EXCEPTIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR MINORS
CLAUSE 12 — TECHNICAL DISRUPTIONS AND SYSTEM FAILURES
- THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- WEBSITE ERRORS
- INTERNET ISSUES
- PAYMENT GATEWAY FAILURE
- SERVER OUTAGES
- THIRD-PARTY TECHNICAL ISSUES
- NO COMPENSATION OR REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.
CLAUSE 13 — MAXIMUM LIABILITY AND RISK LIMITATION
- THE MAXIMUM LEGAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY IS LIMITED ONLY TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT.
- THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT LOSS
- EMOTIONAL LOSS
- EXTRA EXPENSES
- WEATHER ISSUES
- NATURAL EVENTS
- ROAD DELAYS
- GOVERNMENT ORDERS
- UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
- ANY EVENT BEYOND CONTROL
CLAUSE 14 — PAYMENT REFUND SOURCE AND SECURITY
- REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) WILL BE SENT ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT SOURCE.
NO THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, CASH, OR ALTERNATE METHOD WILL BE ALLOWED. - INCORRECT BANK DETAILS PROVIDED WILL DELAY OR INVALIDATE REFUNDS.
CLAUSE 15 — ITINERARY, HOTEL, TRANSPORT, AND LOGISTICS CHANGES
- FOR SAFETY OR OPERATIONAL REASONS, THE COMPANY MAY MODIFY:

- ROUTE
- HOTEL
- TRANSPORT
- TIMINGS
- ACTIVITIES
- NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THESE CHANGES.
- ARRIVING LATE TO THE PICKUP POINT RESULT IN NO-SHOW, WITH NO REFUND.
CLAUSE 16 — EQUIPMENT DAMAGE AND LOSS POLICY
- THE CLIENT IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
- THE COMPANY’S DAMAGE COST ASSESSMENT IS FINAL.
CLAUSE 17 — CLEANLINESS, ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY, AND LOCAL RESPECT
- CLIENTS MUST MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS, RESPECT LOCAL CULTURE, AVOID LITTERING, AND FOLLOW ECO-GUIDELINES.
- VIOLATION MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND.
CLAUSE 18 — TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS AND NON-GUARANTEES
- THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- SEAT PREFERENCE
- WINDOW SEAT
- AC/NON-AC OPERATION
- VEHICLE MODEL/VARIANT
- BACKUP VEHICLE REPLACEMENT
- TRAFFIC DELAYS
- LUGGAGE SPACE LIMITATIONS
- TEMPORARY TRANSPORT CHANGE
- NO REFUND IS PROVIDED FOR ANY TRANSPORT ADJUSTMENT.
CLAUSE 19 — FOOD, MEALS, AND DIETARY LIMITATIONS
- THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- FOOD ALLERGIES
- DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
- PICKY EATING
- PERSONAL FOOD PREFERENCES
- OVEREATING OR UNDEREATING
- MEALS PROVIDED ARE STANDARD AND CANNOT BE CUSTOMIZED.
CLAUSE 20 — BELONGINGS, VALUABLES, AND PERSONAL ITEMS
- CLIENTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN BELONGINGS.
- THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL ITEMS.
CLAUSE 21 — INDEMNITY AND SELF-RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
- THE CLIENT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE COMPANY HARMLESS AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITY, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM:
- THEIR OWN ACTIONS
- HEALTH ISSUES
- NEGLIGENCE
- MISCONDUCT
- IGNORING INSTRUCTIONS
- FAILURE TO MAINTAIN FITNESS
- MISUSE OF EQUIPMENT
CLAUSE 22 — SAFETY EQUIPMENT USAGE COMPLIANCE
- CLIENTS MUST FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING SAFETY GEAR, CLOTHING, AND EQUIPMENT.
- THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY MISUSE OR NON-COMPLIANCE.
CLAUSE 23 — PERSONAL VEHICLE LIABILITY
- IF A CLIENT TRAVELS USING THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLE (CAR/BIKE):
- THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKDOWNS, ACCIDENTS, OR DELAYS
- NO REFUND OR SUPPORT IS PROVIDED IF A CLIENT MISSES THE GROUP DUE TO VEHICLE ISSUES
CLAUSE 24 — NETWORK, SIGNAL, AND CONNECTIVITY LIMITATION
- MOBILE NETWORK, WIFI, AND INTERNET CONNECTIVITY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AT ANY LOCATION.
- THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LACK OF NETWORK ACCESS.
CLAUSE 25 — NO GUARANTEE OF WEATHER, SIGHTINGS, OR NATURAL CONDITIONS
- THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE:
- SNOW
- VIEWS
- WEATHER CONDITIONS
- WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS
- SEASONAL FEATURES
- LOCAL EVENTS OR FESTIVALS
- NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IF CONDITIONS DIFFER FROM CLIENT EXPECTATIONS.
CLAUSE 26 — FINAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL JURISDICTION
- ANY DISPUTE MUST FIRST BE REPORTED THROUGH A WRITTEN EMAIL TO: INFO@THETREKKERSTRAIL.COM
- THE COMPANY WILL BE GIVEN 30 DAYS TO REVIEW AND RESPOND.
- IF UNRESOLVED, THE CLIENT AGREES THAT ALL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY FILED IN: MANSA, GUJARAT OR GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT
- NO OTHER CITY, STATE, OR COURT SHALL HAVE JURISDICTION.
- THE CLIENT WAIVES ANY OBJECTION REGARDING VENUE OR JURISDICTION.
CLAUSE 27 — GROUP TOUR AGE RESTRICTION POLICY
- ALL GROUP TREKS AND GROUP BACKPACKING TRIPS OPERATED BY THE TREKKERS TRAIL ARE STRICTLY DESIGNED ONLY FOR YOUNG TRAVELERS WITHIN A SPECIFIC AGE GROUP TO ENSURE SAFETY, GROUP COMPATIBILITY, AND A CONSISTENT TRAVEL EXPERIENCE.
- THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED AGE FOR PARTICIPATION IN ANY GROUP TREK OR GROUP BACKPACKING TRIP IS STRICTLY 35 YEARS (COMPLETED AGE). THIS LIMIT IS FINAL AND NON-NEGOTIABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. TRAVELERS ABOVE 35 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO JOIN ANY GROUP DEPARTURE.
- THESE GROUP TOURS ARE CURATED FOR TRAVELERS WITH SIMILAR ENERGY LEVELS, MENTALITY, TRAVEL STYLE, PACE, GROUP INTERACTION, COMFORT EXPECTATIONS, AND ADVENTURE PREFERENCES. ANY SIGNIFICANT VARIATION IN AGE GROUP MAY IMPACT THE OVERALL GROUP EXPERIENCE, SAFETY, AND OPERATIONAL FLOW, AND THEREFORE IS NOT PERMITTED.
- TRAVELERS WHO EXCEED THE AGE LIMIT MAY OPT FOR CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE PACKAGES OR SENIOR CITIZEN-FRIENDLY TRAVEL PLANS OFFERED BY THE TREKKERS TRAIL, WHICH ARE DESIGNED WITH SUITABLE COMFORT, FLEXIBILITY, FACILITIES, AND TRAVEL PACE.
- THE CLIENT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ACCURATE AGE INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF INQUIRY AND BOOKING. AGE VERIFICATION IS MANDATORY AND WILL BE CONDUCTED THROUGH A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID BEFORE BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND AGAIN AT THE REPORTING OR PICKUP POINT.
- IF ANY CLIENT HIDES, MISREPRESENTS, OR FAILS TO DISCLOSE THEIR CORRECT AGE, AND IS FOUND TO BE ABOVE THE PERMITTED AGE LIMIT AT ANY STAGE, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND, WITHOUT RESCHEDULING, AND WITHOUT TRANSFER TO ANY OTHER PERSON.
- SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY, THE CLIENT MAY BE OFFERED AN OPTION TO UPGRADE TO A CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE PACKAGE BY PAYING THE APPLICABLE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT.
- NO EXCEPTION, SPECIAL PERMISSION, PERSONAL REQUEST, OR LAST-MINUTE NEGOTIATION WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER THIS POLICY. THIS RULE IS FINAL, STRICT, AND LEGALLY BINDING FOR ALL GROUP TREKS AND GROUP BACKPACKING TRIPS OPERATED BY THE TREKKERS TRAIL.
