Why We Cannot Offer Refunds for Trek Cancellations

  • Significant expenses are incurred before the trek begins, including:
    • Equipment transportation and food supplies.
    • Pre-booked accommodations and transport arrangements.
    • Trek permits and expenses for local support teams.
    • Staff salaries, including muleteers, porters, and trek coordinators.

  2. What happens if I miss my trek departure?
    • If you miss the departure, you should catch up with the group as soon as possible. Generally, our team will wait for a reasonable amount of time, but if you fail to arrive, no refund will be provided.
